If you're looking for great fried chicken and so much more, the Jollibee in Pembroke Pines is the place! The service here is absolutely amazing. The staff are some of the nicest, friendliest people you'll meet! The chicken is delicious, crispy, juicy, and exactly what Jollibee is known for. The restaurant itself is clean, well-lit, and inviting, creating a fun and comfortable atmosphere. There's even a karaoke machine, which adds a touch of traditional Filipino culture and makes the experience even more unique. Great food, wonderful people, and a warm, family-friendly environment. I'll definitely be back!

This Jolliebee is a reliable option for fried chicken. The coating is lite and spicy level is done well. Personally for me the coleslaw was bland and biscuit a little to dry. Service is friendly and fast. Place is clean and plenty of seating. The ube pie was delicious. I have enjoyed their other location in Pinellas county.

I drove 40 minutes to get here. The chicken didn't have much flavor; rather, it was bland. Even the spicy one. I heard the guy next to me.Ask his friend if the chicken was supposed to be spicy because it was not. I had half and half. Even the skin was tasteless. I only like gravy on mashed potatoes, and I didn't have mashed potatoes so the gravy was useless to me. I did have fries, which were a bit stale and no ketchup. The biscuit was good, but super dry. The adobo rice was amazing, best "fast food" rice ever!! The Ube pie was so crispy and delicious. Overall almost $22 for a 2 piece and a pie. It wasn't worth it for me. I won't drive that far again for mediocre chicken. There's a great dessert place right next door that helped the visit. I wish I had picked up some more adobo rice to bring back home.

Convenient to find and park. Easy to order: either online in-person via kiosk or through a person at the counter. Reasonable prices for the food and good portions! Quick service and shoutout to Cecilio for being kind and helpful with making sure the area is nice and tidy as we dine inside. Will be back for Jollibee! Salamaat

My first time at Jollibee, and honestly, I had never even heard of it before—we just ended up here by coincidence. The burger was really good. I understand their specialty is actually fried chicken, especially chicken sandwiches, but we went with the burger and were pleasantly surprised. The only downside was the wait time—it took over 25 minutes, although the place was quite busy, so that’s understandable. I also want to highlight Michael’s service. He noticed our table hadn’t been cleaned after the previous guests and took care of it right away. Very kind, attentive, and professional.
